thought id complain...

i just replaced a rotor on my rex because i had a brake keep locking up. at first it was the driver one, and my dad (being the nice guy he is) decided to take the liberty while i was at work and replace it for me . that worked for a little while, and i realized the other one started doign it, but worse. i took the wheel off, took the caliper off, and put a screwdriver up to it and notice it was warped really bad (the other rotor had a HUGE crack in it). so i decided i would replace it since i had another one laying around. man.. that bolt thats on the bottom of the caliper housing . that thing was such a pain in the *** to get off. i could only get it out to a certain point, then i realized id be able to pull the rotor off, so i did. well, when it came time to put the rotor on, i put it on, then i played with that bolt and it wouldnt come out all the way before of the tie rod bar. i coudlnt get it in any position that would let the caliper housing to go back on. i almost took the whole strut housing off (which is what ill do next time, and suggest anyone else does) but i finally backed off the bolt on the rotor a little bit and it let it back on, but it was still a pain in the *** to get that bolt threaded. moral of the story.. mazda did a shitty job placing that bolt right there.

its on, so im going to go for a test drive.. thought id complain a little
