a thought on emissions

i was just thinking about emissions an how somew cars dont pass..well what my question is would it be possible to like take out the sparkplugs to one rotorso it dosent run and make the emissions lower? or am i just wack

yer whack dude! lol

from the way i understand the rotory engine is that they have poor combustion in the first place. ill check with my roomy (he manages an emmisions chain here in tx and hes been to "smog college" lol) maybe he can enlighten me on the whole subject and i can inturn share this info on what emmisioncontrol is all about. ill try to find out why smog pumps are obsolete now and how they control things in modern configurations compare to the early systems...ill get back withyou soon.

You wont be making exhaust from that one rotor but you're still dumping gas in there so I imagine your hydrocarbons would be wayyy high. Nice try though....
