damn thats one skinny and tall tire lol... yea they will fit, prolly look goofy tho.

and eddie... prolly wants to put them on because of a deal.. i know there are places near me that advertise a package of 4 tires for 89.99 but they are an odd size like the ones mentioned.

Is that a deal at Canuck Tire right now, or do you have some sort of connections? I think that for $25 a tire, I don't car how my car looks.

Or you can just shell out somewhere around $60-$80 US, and get a good set of quick chains. Like these:

studless snow tires are more than you'll ever need with a FB. I made it through last winter (one of the northeasts worst if you remember) with shitty worn out kelly superchargers and a open diff. This winter I have snow tires and LSD and it goes like theres no tommorrow.

eddierotary - Actually, the chains don't rub my rims or hit my fenders. They shouldn't if you get the right ones.

82transam - For the most part, the roads around here aren't anything I couldn't handle with good snow tires. My driveway is the bad part, and I'm sure as hell not parking her on the street for some jackass to hit-and-run.

Here's the driveway:

i have a frined that had the right ones on his toyota tercer and it chewed the tires, it damage the rims and one time they got loose and damage the fenders, and yes that was last year on the nastiest winter im been in my hole life. i perfer putting stud tipe tire that chain, because they are dangerous, plus in you case you need them bad but you shouldnt ride withy them all the time

I've had chains, and my rims and fenders are still fine. I probably still have them somewhere in my garage. They did not damage anything on my car, but there are plenty of alternatives if you are afraid of chains.

reminds me of my driveway brian, mine goes fine up it, just get a bit of a running start and go like hell. If you feel you need chains then go for it, theres nothing wrong with them, just seemed a bit extreme to me.
