Thermo Switch for electric fans

I am getting this thermostatic switch for my 85 GSL:
Perma-Cool Adjustable Thermal Sensor

What should i set the temp at? thanks for any help i can get

thanks man, all i want is that one little number. it comes set at 185, so its not that far off to begin with. i just got the car and im worried i'll leave the fans on an drain it or something, or even worse not turn them on and fry the engine. i looked all over for the magic #, but when i try searching yahoo, these posts, or wherever, i always get peoples sigs sayin they have adjustable switches on their fans, but not the setting. thanks again. it doesnt arrive for a week though. but oh well

I ended up turning mine all the way down. It all depends on where you mount your sensor I guess.
