Thankyou RX-7 Community
I got my exhaust fixed today and I had been mentioning and reading in other posts about hesitation upon acceleration. The most common answer was to change the fuel filter. I did that and adjusted the carb the way it is to be and now my car idles properly, about 850-1000 rpms, and it doesn't hesitate anymore either. The car just seems to purr now.
I think the fuel filter is the single most thing that needs to be changed regularly on these cars. I had just put a new gas tank on and of course it pulled some chunks out so the filter change was warranted. Thankyou to everyone for their suggestions over the past 4 weeks and I'll be here looking for other suggestions as they arise.
