yes yes very good deal...but the polishing i am doing is definetly VERY labor intensive...but it looks like its paying off ...i think so far i have about 40 hours of polishing into them so far....right now i am starting the last and final wheel ...i will be getting tires for them in about two weeks
thanks gregs....yeah i was thinking either 60 or 50 series tires......but i think i am definetly going 205
edit*: these are the tires taht i was thinking about getting ...what do you guys think?? http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/fin...64&rd=14&ar=60

i don't know about those tires, right now I have Bridgestone Potenza RE910's in a 195/50R15 (i guess i don't have the same rims as you, bigger in diameter and skinnier, they were on the car when i bought it). they stick really well, and are very progressive with the snap oversteer. very controllable. my only problem is my 1-2 and 2-3 shifts i break the tires loose (1-2 at 7k nets 500 rpm of wheel spin to 7500 rpm before they grab, bring my rpm's down to 6500 and i have to grab third a split second later, skwak the tires shifting into third at 7k). they came on the car, and i have three spares, so i won't be buying tires for a while seeing as how my car is in the process of being restored.
i would definatly go with a 55 series, the smaller the better.
