I recently took my taillights apart to clean them and contemplate mods to them, such as colored bulbs, etc.

Now the covers are kindof falling off in the heat, and I want to know what kind of adhesive or whatever to ensure that they stay.

 

Use some waterproof sealant......like RTV, silicon, etc.

I didn't seal mine in time......and lost my driver's side clear cover on the highway somewhere.

D'oh!

Anyways, that stuff is all available at your local Auto Parts store. I'd have to recommend the clear stuff.....so you can't see any excess when you finish sealing it all together.
