There is a difference between the two, I asked a question about bellhousing interchangeability and crispeed gave me a ton of info, lemme see where it is...

there ya go! long story short they're interchangeable as transmission/bellhousing units, no big deal.

Thanks Peejay, so I would have better off with a 89-91 tranny.. But for my 13b-RE \, its gonna work and work good. I aint gonna put it through too much hell. And I think I'll take the advice about the clutch

Does it look OK? As far as trannys go?

I shouldnt have said 'picked it up' cuz hes shipping it from GA, but anyways, hes sending me the stock clutch and pressure plate from a 88 T2 for $50 extra. said it had 400 miles on it. He said he needed a clutch that gripped better, but anyways... Heres the 2 pics of it What you think good deal?

Mike,

How may I ask how much is it costing you for shipping? What company, and such. I have an engine I may want to buy in Texas, and don't know if it's a done deal, as I have no idea what shipping may be.

Thanks.

He said price of shipping was included He said he was gonna ship is FED Ex ground? I thought it was kinda heavy for that, but a trans dont weigh near what the engine does.. So who knows. I once asked revolution rotary when I was gonna port my 12A and they told me$146.80 from Iowa to Kentucky... Wished I asked who they used...
