Yea,please search.

As a regular contributor to the TII swap discussions,I can recall no less than 3 posts asking the same thing, just in the last week.
Its not that we dont want to help, but general questions like that have been beaten to death and were tired of all the typing. When your swap actually begins and you hit a snag,or have a specific question, then post it up......

ive been looking but i cant find specific info. I need to know like specifically wat parts i need to buy and i am not going to start the swap till i can price it all out and see how much it would cost me. It it is too expensive i might get my motor rebuilt or put a v6 in it.

You would think people would wait at least a few months before asking this question again.

i am only keeping my options open i dont know if right now i have the skill/money to mess around with the rotary engine but dont get me wrong i love the car. Ive driven it once and when i drove it was only getting compression on the rear rotor and it would still go sideways on turns. I am just looking for something that will be moderately reliable and i am only saying a v6 because i have a blazer with a 4.3 in it with 170k on it and it runs great (reliability).

The best way to go is to get a whole 2nd gen TII car to pillage. That way you can have everything at hand when you realize that you need that relay and that harness and that whatever.......

There is a lot of external electical stuff needed when running the stock EFI.Most of it is simple and connected to the big right side wiring harness, which is plug and play between the engine and ECU.But the remaining stuff has to be sourced and wired up custom,on the left side of the car.Thats when youll want that old FC hulk lying around so you can grab the FC fuse box and main relay and all the little plugs for the fuel pump resistor and ignition coils and so on.....get the idea?
Its possible to do the entire swap buying parts off on EBAY and making endless runs back up to the PickNPull for little stuff......it sucks, but if your in no hurry,it can be done.
I consider the factory service manual for the FC to be required reading for anyone looking to swap in a stock ECU 2nd gen engine. It has all the info youll ever need for 75 bucks.

My first TII swap was from an 87(S4) in a local PickNPull.
I did it with 3 months of research and gathering parts, then 1 week of wrench turning.Cost was about $1500 for the basic swap with me doing all the work except for paying a little labor for a custom driveline($175),exhaust system($150) and modded intank fuel tank/pump($175)
In reality,it cost me about twice that much after you calculate all the mods/upgrades I bought and installed at the same time. But the basic 185HP engine/trans/EFI setup was only $400 from the wrecker, about $400 for injector cleaning, gaskets, seals, hoses, clamps and other expendables, plus $500 for the aforementioned labor costs.
It worked perfectly the first time, passed CA smog and was quite fast.....13.5 second quarter mile runs all summer until I finally lost a water seal in the 80K mile old wrecking yard pulled engine.
After that,it got expensive......
$4500 for a pro built S5 engine
$800 for a hybrid TO4B turbo
$400 for a Spearco FMIC
ect,ect,ect,ect......but 5 years later its still running strong and kick'n ***
