t2 on a budget

So im just about ready to start the swap. here is a running tab of what i have spent so far. i have all the parts i need(i think) and did a pretty good job of keeping it somewhat affordable. dont let the price sway you on this project, i know it will be worth it once im done.
ok so far
1991 t2 with 19k miles-$750
1991 t2 tranny(jspec)-$150+ shipping(but it was a birthday gift, score!)
oil pan, front timing cover with metering pump, engine cross member, front and rear stationary gear from gsl-se-$100
full gsl-se suspension, front and back including lsd-$500
racing beat t2 downpipe-$90
wolf 3d ems-$685
5zigen fno1r 15x7(10.5lbs each)-$480 w/o tires(birthday/christmas gift)
so far thats about $2755 and im just about done. im getting the rest of the exhaust done for free and getting the ems wired for extremely cheap. if you shop around, i think this project could be done cheaply. and if i had started with the gsl-se i wouldnt even have had to worry about the suspension which subtracts 500 and then wouldnt have needed to get the wheels or the oil pan and front cover. i realize that since i already have a 12a i could have used that front cover, but i want to sell it at the end of the swap and dont want to give someone an engine with missing parts, so it can sell quicker.
the install wont start until late december because i am still in school. but ill be able to work on it with some friends for about two weeks uninterrupted so hopefully it will be done by mid january. maybe not, but hopefully. i also enclosed a pic of the rims, but its a little small and unclear, to see a better pic go to 5zigenusa.com and click on the fno1r's. i wanted to get the fno1rc's in bronze but they dont have the right bolt pattern. so i think i might get mine powdercoated bronze because i love bronze rims on white cars.

im using the stock intercooler, but i mount relocate to a fm until i get more money to buy a bigger front mount, and i really dont think a fuel pump is going to kill my budget.
mike p-28-with the wolf 3d and the racing beat downpipe im sure i will be able to tune to at least 230hp at the fly.
what do you guys think of the rims. like i said try 5zigenusa.com to get a better pic. thanks
mike- i am sure i will have some budget problems, but my car isnt being built anywhere near the level your has, so i doubt ill be shooting past 5k anytime soon.

That pump is a pretty good price (remember thats not USD listed). FD pump is a internal pump, you can't use it unless you make/fab up something to hold it in your tank same goes with the T2 unit. Now if you found another gsl-se pump you could probably run both of them in parallel and be fine but I doubt a single -se pump would cut it.

I have an extra one if anyone needs it. It's was off of my car.

Personally - The fuel system is one place you definately want to overkill. In EFI, there is no such thing as too much fuel volume. Keep the injector duty cycles low so you never have to stress the system. That way if you ever have a "hic-cup" under boost, you won't lean out and blow your engine.

Here is a thread from the Single turbo section with pictures of my fuel system progress. If you're interested.

some advice

Like everyone else is saying, when you do a motor swap always expect a LOT of unexpected things that you are gonna have to replace or buy. It always cost more than you plan. Its a bitch...
