It will be hard to start, won't idle for ****, and you will not be able to accelerate correctly and it may feel like the car is hitting a brick wall while you do. When it goes bad the car will not start after using up the remaining fuel in the line. Check your fuel filter because a clogged on can cause all of the same problems. Also a weak fuel pump's motor may be a lot quieter and you won't hear it wind as much when you turn the key.
