I've got Suspension Tech springs from JC Witney 69.95 pair, Tokico Shocks/Struts $180 from nolimitmotorsports.com, Energy Suspension master bushing kit from Suspension Restorstion $138. Hope this helps. A little bumpy, but tight as hell. Dropped only 3/4", but if you take into account a 20 year old suspension it took up alot of slack.
My wife bought me 2 RX-7s

Racing Beat Springs
Koni front struts
Tokico 'Blue' rear shocks
KMAC Camber/Caster plates

For Solo II I'm currently using an old set of Yokohama A008R tires, because they were cheap.
I'll probably be moving to the A034R's next year.
