Let someone else buy the firsr, evaluate then buy if it feels good.

I changed from Koni to KYB heavy duty - performance car and am satisfied with the results. Far better than the original Mazda spec shocks.

so whadcha guys think about the kit, are these pretty much all the parts that should be replaced to make the car handle well?

I actually had kybs in my last car and thought that they were good, are konis worth the extra money (a lot of people have told me that there not for a car that is mostly a street car, also I don't have lotsa money to through around).

The springs are done by Mildren Race Engineering and they are pretty reputable and know there stuff!

While you are at might as well get some new lower control arms also since it comes with new bushings and ball joint. I'd just dicovered mine are bad.

Too Stiff. Mostly used a "race only" type shock.
Same as KYB.

They are adjustable and why would you own an RX-7 and not race it? It's that sacreligous or something?

Even in their "soft" setting, the ride in bone jarring.
Racing is fun, but having the best of both worlds (soft ride cruising, weekend racing) is even better.

The Tokico Illuminas offer this.

Bah, if your fillings are falling out, get a better dentist. Besides the roads aren't too bad here.
