Stupid Pound Sterling!!!!

I really wanted to get these MR2 fans of ebay, but the shipping would be flippin 55 dollars just to get it here. Why does the pound have to be so strong!!! What happen to the good old days when the US dollar was king. I needed to get a fan as my clutch is going out on the stock one. Ugh just needed to get that out. If any one wanna buy it, and sell it cheap to a needy college kid PM me!!!! nah J/k

Shipping rates from the UK take a real jump at 2KG.
I figured out that it would be cheaper to send a carburetor in two pieces rather than one.
I buy quite a few Fiesta parts from the UK.

Why is it so expensive? Because it is coming from another country, that little box has to pass through customs, get on a plane, or a ship, then it has to go through another customs check, THEN it still has to be put in a freight truck, or another plane and delivered to another wharehouse. Then it is finally loaded onto a delivery truck and it arrives at your door step. That's why it costs so much, and you think that is expensive? My brother used to live in Thailand it it would cost nearly 100 dollars to send 2 video tapes and some other small stuff, the package couldn't of weighed anymore than a pound and a half, if that.

I paid less than $20.00 for my MR-2 fans at a local pick and pull. If I'd known I was setting such a trend here, I'd have grabbed a few more and made a mint on Ebay!
