Angry Stupid axle seal/LSD

installed new GSL rear into my GS.

started up the car and took it for a drive round the block, well time to test the rear, have to know if it works right, and i dont want to be left at some track because it breaks so..... I launched the **** outta it. Hmm LSD doesnt seem to be working, next test: do a couple of donuts(didnt like it, but hell what was i expecting right )

so it puked out some oil(3/4 a qt) and now i gotta replace that ****. makes me somewhat mad(in its defense, I was ruff on the poor bastard)

So the LSD is fubared it appears, my guess is the 20yr old thing needs rebuild bad.

ALL in ALL:
It was(and still is in my opinion) better than fixing my GS rear(Driver side bearing and axle replacement)

so anywhose, anyone got a place i can order the seals and a lsd rebuild kit from?, im going to go ahead and replace all of it while im at it.

Victoria British (1-800-255-0088) sells a bearing and seal for $19.95.
I'm contempating doing the same thing because the seal on the right side is leaking and the whole axle/wheel assembly seems to have play in it like the bearing collar is no longer tight on the axle.
I'm afraid the entire assembly might come all the way out when I go round a corner!

You say you were going to have to replace your axle, was that because the collar had come loose?

Does the loose bearing collar cause the rotor to hit the disk brake caliper mount? This seems to be the issue I'm having on my '83 GSL. When making right turns, I hear a brake scraping sound although the pads and rotors are new. Pulling the parking brake gets rid of most of the noise. Don't think anything else is scraping and the axle bearings appear to be good.
