Stripped Nikki questions

I stripped my Nikki carb, came off a 83. I only need the accelerator cable and distributer vac lines. Do I block off all other ports, or is there any I leave unplugged?, Which ports do I use for the distributer hoses?
Thanks

Look for the Rats Nest Removal tutorial, I dont have the link handy.

It shows fairly well what ports to use, as well as I had a thread called Rats nest removal HALP, which has some good info and pics from some forum members IIRC

Try and find some links for ya

OK, I got the dizzy lines figured out, Mine had a holley setup with no lines at all on it so the tutorial got me confused due to everything in it that I don't have on mine. can I just vent my oil fill to the air cleaner? In your link you was talking about the carb vent, Does it get capped off also?
Thanks

**** i better go back and read my thread lol

So you have a holley? Or a stripped nikki?

The oil filler vent should be put to a PCV valve. there are a few active threads on it ATM. Some people vent to just the air but its not recomended. Cant remember why though.

Carb vent also ties into the PCV i believe, but i am unsure on a stripped nikki, would assume you also wanna tie it in?

I got a stripped Nikki now, I had a holley on it when I got it but it was a incomplete setup, no lines of any type on it
