hey guys, im fairly new to the 7 club, and this is my first time postin a thread. anyways- I seem to be having this stange problem, all the lights on my dash flash randomly (i can also hear clicking from under the hood, it sounds like the turn signals), it happens randomly and seems to stop if i put my foot on the break or if theirs load on the engine, i put a couple videos on youtube and i was hoping somone could check it out and give me some ideas. the car is a 1983 Gsl, 5 speed. it has a stock 12a when this strange problem occurs the car still runs fine and normal.

It looks like a short in the dash. I would pull the instrument cluster and see if there is a short behind it or maybe in the cluster itself. I've never heard of a cluster shorting but you never know. The clicking is mostlikely the short grounding out. It could also be a bad relay.
