Strange 7

I saw this FB in my schools parking lot today, it was wierd. It was black, had gold running boards and trim, no trim level badge, and it had one of the GTU stickers in the B-pillar window. It had cruise, AC, and the speedo went to 130. The GTU sticker said 79-80, I think, but this was a series FB. It was really wierd. ANy idea what it was?

My first rx7 was an 85 gs model that had the IMSA/GTU badge saying 1979/80 chapionship or whatever on the b-pillar window. Me, being a dumbass at the time, took it off cause i thought it looked corny.

look to see if it has rear disc brakes or not. Also look to see what the interior looks like. Is it rounded, or is it more square?

Well, the intereior doenst look like my 85. stereo surround looked diffrent, shift ****, and the "font"on the gauges was diffrent, and they were a diffrent color. It looked like a series 1 interior to my inexperienced eyes, but the body was a SII. Ill check on the brakes.
