stock se sounding like a bp on idle?!

ok i already searched i just wanted 2 know 1st if anyone's ever heard of this problem, the only thing i've found so far from what the 'se idle problems' site is the BAC stickin, i was just curious tho as 2 which one it is? and how 2 break it loose if possible?
