stock exhaust? where are the precats?

Question stock exhaust? where are the precats?

I asked the seller where the precats were and he replyed this is a noncalifornia model.

What do you guys think? Is it stock? Where are the precats?

That's not stock GSL-SE exhaust. The GSL-SE had 3 cats EVERYWHERE. The only diff in cali models in the rats nest.

They needed 3 cats to work properly. I think 1 was for sulphur, one was for CO and the big one was for HC... I think...

Anyways, that might be a new after-market high-flo cat. Newer cats are able to compine all three jobs in one unit...

Its a custom job... only stock parts are after the cat.. from the connecting pipe to the muffler. Looks like it will flow better that the stock catalysts...how well it will clean up emissions and how long it will last is another thing..cant beat it though for only $26

I once had an SE from out of Cali.. no real difference anywhere other than having a cold-start assist bottle and fitment in the lower intake manifold.

According to my Haynes, there are a few differences in the emmissions control system (rats nest)
Never read hat section in too much detail tho, cause I don't much care...
