well i got the starter tested and it works.. so i re installed it and still nothing.. i have 12v at the one terminal.. and when i turn the key i only have 1v at the other terminal.. i also have 8v at the spade terminal.. sounds kinda weird to me.. so let me know what you guys think

Well I was having some starter issues on my car
It turned out to be ignition switch related.
And also my stereo was cutting in and out at
high volume. Both problems stopped after
I cleaned and tightened up the ignition switch.
