steering problems

I have a problem when i turn the steering wheel in my car. it sticks some times when i turn the wheel. Anybody have any ideas what this could be.

wow j your all over on this. what would you say on avg is the price differance between replacing the stock box with a new one compared to making the change with your kit ( finshed conversion complete)? cause you know any one with the second style steering box (I think 80 1/2 through 85) first time they try to adjust the setting they will need a new one most likly within the first 12 months after the adjustment. man why didnt I think to do this. you have a captive customer base sooner or later most everyone will need to do something like your conversion because mazda (like the parts guys say) no makie you part no more. only go back 10-15 years

if im correct, plz correct me if im wrong, bu a new steering box is abotu 600 and J Oliver estimated around 200 dollars for his R&P kit..

I am just such a firm believer in this rack conversion.
Its just nice to hop into a 1st gen and not have to steer it like a 1946 Massey Ferguson farm tractor ( Im a bit of a old tractor nut)
