Steering Box removal

Does any know how to remove it. I see the bolts to the frame and to the steering linkage but how do you seperate it from the shaft?

IIRC, you have to remove the shaft and box together. my neighbor seperated the box and shaft from a parts car. he said it was the LAST thing he removed from the car. he said it was hard to do so. i have to removed a steering box and shaft from a parts car soon. hopefully it wont be too hard.

I have my removable stering wheel hub welded to the other end so I won't be able to slip it out. I guess I will have to paint around it then.
