well me starter is good that s what I was thinking at first. But it is the engine that gets seized up once you cut the car off and let it coll off that is when it does it again and untill you get out and manually turn over the engine it will not turn over with the starter at all.

How do you know the starter is still good? Did you have it tested somwhere?

Bad connection in the starter wiring, restricting the amount of juice going to the starter? Might be a good place to start...

Clean off the terminals and battery posts with a wire brush. Such as the $4 internal/external brush you can get at any autostore.

I have replaced both of the wires ground and positive like I sead it is not the problem with the starter not getting power but once the potor is shut off and cools off it will lock up somehow and I have to use a socket with a long ratchet to turn it over and it takes lot of effort but once it is moving everything is fine and the starter will turn it just fine.
