The manual will tell you then...But just cause its so easy, ill tell you how.
1. Disconnect the battery
2. Disconnect all the cables from all the terminals REMEBERING WHERE THEY WENT
3. Take the bolt out from the starter housing that goes into the tranny bellhousing.
4. Take the nut off the REALLY long bolt that goes all the way through the bellhousing/engine block and the starter housing.
5. Holding starter so it doesnt fall on your head, remove long bolt.
6. Starter is now free of car (or at least it should be)
Im sure thats all there is to is, if you dont believe me, read the manual. Actually, read the manual anyway.

I had a problem with the last 12A motor that was complete here... Some '^%^%$#' rounded the head off the bolt, and only way I could get it off was to cut the bolt head off with a cutoff wheel, and bust the head off the bolt... Thank god the motor was out, I couldnt have imagine doing it while the motor was in the car..

just a tip..
don't take your starter to autozone to get it tested.
I took mine there and some zitfaced ********* blew it up, and I had to buy a new one...
anyways... :o)
