Back when I did the SE swap on my original 80, there was a vendor who was selling just the front two lines needed to use FB calipers up front without changing the hardlines. The thread pitch on the SA is M10x1.25 while the FB uses the more common M10x1.00

I have the RB/Mazdatrix kit that allows converts the rear, so I am good on that. What I need to find is either lines that have the female M10x1.25 on one end and the male M10x1.00 on the other or to find a thread adapter to change the M10x1.25 of the lines I have to put in the SE calipers. Anyone in the know on where to find either of these?

The company you are talking about is re-speed. I have their stainless sa to fb lines on my 79. The company no longer exists though and I'm not sure if anyone else sells them.

Call up Racing Beat as they still offer SS lines and see if they can do a special order for you.
They send out to someone else to get them made on order anyway so I would think they could
do this for you reasonably.

I just picked up some thread adapters from hfeweb.com

After talking with Kevin, part number BQ41 is supposed to do the trick. I'll post up once they arrive to let you guys know if that is the case so that others have an option should they want to go down this path.
