Fair call, I just worry that if the oil dribbles down the side of the barrels it won't get sucked into the engine at all. It could just spread out over the runners.

The jury is out on this one.

I'm still on the side of proper flow of the stock manifold. I also saw somewhere that someone that was doing the manifolds welded the emissions ports shut as well as the coolant passages. I'm sure we could fix the oil dribble issue by just pouring an 1/8th of a quart down the barrels before we start the car lol

I'm with this. I have rebuilt quite a few Nikki's, and am eager to have this done.

Let's make it happen.

For it to be worth my while it would still have to be a couple hundred bucks... probably like $200 + shipping for the machining of the venturi's, cleaning of the boosters, drilling the acc. pump nozzle and screw, and modifiying the bracket for the mech. secondary modification. Does that sound like a fair price for that kind of a service?

That actually sounds perfectly fair. Right about what I would be willing to spend.

I don't have a problem with that.

Whenever you guys are ready just PM me or contact me through the site. I'll set up the package in my web store too. Thanks for the idea, I think it's a great added service.

This may be a question that has been answered in the past, but how much porting will the SR handle before needing to go with a different carb setup?

Does your setup handle a stock port the same as a small/large street port? Or do you have other options for that?

I’ll have to look at your SR version when I’m ready for my carb. It will be in March. What Fuel pump and regulator do you recommend? I’m currently looking at the Holley 465cmf Webber 45DCOE how would you say the SR compares? I have a stock port 12a with RB collected exhaust.

I should have flow numbers by then but I'm shooting for low 400's. I honestly think the SR would be a nice compliment to your setup without being over kill and at a better price.

Looking good.

Can't wait get the chassis squared away in the next month or so and get one of these ordered.
