The stock NGK plugs (BR8EQ-14) are perfectly fine for most any level of engine mods, from bone stock to full SP.

The Denso are also fine for any application. Pretty much.

I have not tried the denso plugs, but I have heard that you need a thin walled plug socket for the later 12A's, due to the "Eyebrow" around the plug hole. My buddy has run them in his SA engine, using the 81-85 dizzy.
Years ago, I ran Nippondenso plugs in my motorcycle, with great results.

Wow.. you "couldn't find it"

how hard did you try? There is an FAQ stickied at the top of the 1st gen section which has the answer to that question RIGHT IN IT.

In case you didn't know, FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions. The question of "what spark plugs should I use" comes up at least once a week. So it's definitely a question that's frequently asked, and so we put the solution where you could find it.

But if that didn't work, how about the search function? If you search for "spark plugs" in the first gen section, you come up with a multitude of threads covering the topic, INCLUDING the FAQ mentioned earlier.

Try harder next time.

NGK BR8EQ-14 or BR9EQ-14 depending if you do mostly city (8) or highway (9) driving. When in doubt, either will work. You can't gap them, they have four prongs that are pregapped. You'll understand when you see them.

Welcome to the forum.
