Someone please measure their door panels for me

Hey guys,

This is a really dumb request, but I'm going to be making new door panels when I get home from work today, and I forgot to measure mine before I left this morning. I'm going to stop by Lowe's on the way home to buy some supplies, but don't have the measurements! AGGHHH!

Can someone please provide me with the worst case height and width dimensions for a door panel? See the world's crappiest paint diagram below. Thanks fellas!

The largest height = 20" - 20.5"
The largest width = 40.5" - 41"

^ You get the nice guy of the day award. Thanks a bunch! You just saved me a 1/2 hr. drive to Lowes when gas is $3 a gallon.

i would have been more exact but i wanted a 1/2" of error. Its hard to get tape measures properly flat on the doors, plus the top panel curves also.

Hey, you're close enough for me! I've gotta have Lowe's cut down the plywood I'm buying so that it'll fit into the protege. I just wanted to make sure that I didn't have them ruin the pieces by cutting them down too small. There's nothing worse that trying to make something, and you're supplies are 1 inch smaller than what you need....

4'X4' sheet of 1/8th" hardboard works best.

Sorry for the confusion guys. It's not really plywood per se. It's actually a sheet of 5mm underlayment. Got it at Lowe's for $8. I'm going to make a writeup on how to make new door panels. Stay tuned for it. These are going to look near factory when I'm done....
