someone hit the Fb

yeah so i leave work and h up Giant Eagle (grocery store) waiting for my cousin to get off work so i can give him a ride home.. well i walk in get my drink and combos and walk out.. i see this lady walking around my car.. so umm WTF goes off in my mind.. she turns around and points at me then the car.. and look at the front driver side fender of my car and give the good ol "you gotta be Fu*king kidding me*at the same time i give her the stare of death. we get to talking and i get her information.. as it happens to be she wants to not go through insurance which means she has none. but she said shes borowing the car and would have to get the info from her husband?.. and shes done it to someone before... i apparently scare the **** outta her because shes shaking and cant even read her own license number.. so i guess off to the body shops for quotes i go..

Geezuz, what is with this sudden inflation of 7's getting hit now? Personally, I'd still take her to court for the damages. And, she probably doesn't want to deal with insurance because she doesn't want a rate hike. Tough sh*t on her. If the damage is pretty good, ensure that she, or her insurance company, is the one reponsible for repairs.

Definitely pursue this and don't back down, I'm only 18 yet I manage to pay and maintain full collision insurance on my mom's Buick as a secondary driver. If she's not responsible enough to cover her *** for her own eventual mistakes then she'll have to pay the price. Hopefully the repairs won't be too extensive

I've been in situation where my car was hit by an uninsured motorist. My only advise would have been to call the police and prey you get her to pay.
