that's why I'm posting NOT in the for sale thread.
I need money for the project, and I'm not going to need it anymore since I'm... uhh poor!

No all RX-7s have the ability to have a backseat.
Same chassis design, except those without backseats got rubber plugs to prevent water coming in from the wheel wells.
No fabrication, just bolt out the bins and bolt in the seat. Took me 3 hours, would've been half that but I had to saw out some screws that were stuck.
