Some Video Of My Car...Just Playing With My Cam
Some Video Of My Car...Just Playing With My Cam
Exactly what the title says. I just shot some video with my new digital camera (yes, it takes MPEG too
), and wanted to see how well it works. This was taken on the lowest quality setting. I can get something like 11 minutes of this quality on a 16MB memory stick
. The bigger the memory stick I buy, the more I can take. Although, I cant take sound
. Oh well. Check out the vid.
This was right after I finished installing my RB muffler, and finished wiring the electric fan.

EDIT: Anyone know where I can host a vid? If not its no biggie, the forum just wont let me upload it

Ok, new idea...Try this...
http://www.angelfire.com/space/rotor...ver/engine.mpg
It might work. Try either clicking it, copy paste, or right click save as...I dont know what will work or not.
Also, its almost 12 MB, so slow people beware

EDIT: RIGHT-CLICK THE LINK, THE SELECT "SAVE TARGET AS", THEN SAVE IT TO YOUR PC
. LETS CRASH ANGELFIRE!!

Haha, theres only one SA wheel on it
. That tires bead was broken cause it was sitting on the rim (tire obviously went flat) and I needed to move the car, so I took one wheel off my 84 GS parts car, and then put the flat one on the GS. Anything that works right
. If your observant, in the shot where I TRY and show the header and presilencer under the car (not enough light) you can see the 84 GS in the background, it has the flat "plus" wheel on the front right, and the "SA" wheel on the back right
.
Thats also my new RB exhaust and electric fan that I just wired in there
. Im happy that it runs though
Sorry about the inside shot of the gauges, but i wasnt looking at what i was recording and by the time I realized the lights werent on I went back to turn them on but ran out of film, lol
Also, who loves the color of my gas, lol
. It had been sitting for a few years. Im surprised its still running on that crap. Luckily, I noticed that the tank has a drain plug (who said only 84/85's had drain plugs?), so its all coming out soon, then the fresh filter and plugs go in. Im hoping this will also clear up my sluggish throttle response...I may have to rebuild the carb though too

PS - I LOVE the sound of the exhaust

Mines a Sony DSC-P71. My step dad got it for me as a random gift (no reason for it really) from work (he works at Best Buy), so I didnt really have much of a say in what it was, but I like it
. I have to invest in some bigger memory sticks though, I need more room for those "driving videos" ive been making
. If I record on the highest setting, I can only get like 2 minutes of recording unless I get a bigger memory stick
. The medium setting is nice, about 5 mins I think, and the lowest I can get like 11 mins of recording all with a 16MB stick.
