ON Slow rising headlight

I already searched the forum for a half hour and didn't find anything on this, so help appreciated please!

This morning my drivers' side headlight began to rise up slowly. Not by much but it's lagging behind the other, and I want to stop this before it becomes a significant issue. What should I look for?

-I'm assuming electrical trouble, but don't know the system very well
-My fusible links (on driver's strut tower) were replaced by a previous owner with this box - photo

If it's only one headlight, the most probable cause would be that it's binding a bit and the mechanism is in need of a clean-out and re-lubrication.
