Just out of curiosity, why would you want to do that?

The FB looks so good with the lights retracted, and it is so sleak and streamlined, would having them part open not increase drag, and make the car look funny?

Just a thought

To me, when I see the sleepy eyes, it looks like they are just broken and happened to break while opening.. I dont like it..

Ya that sounds about right...

There is not too much that looks worse then a car with pop up headlights that don't pop up all the way, or are up all of the time.

There is also the Dreaded Feiro Style...

One up not quite all the way, and one down...

As long as they are not "up" all the time, then they look nice.

BadAssRX-7, yours weren't really sleepy, as you replaced the headlights. When they were open, the full bulbs and headlights were visible. You had low profile headlights.

Sleepy is what the ricer kids do, that make half their headlight show, instead of the full thing.

I like low profile headlights, especially NSX-style. They're perfect.
