sleeper lights

i have been wanting to do the sleeper headlight thing to my car and was wondering if anyone has done and how it looks on our cars

If you want to see how it looks temporarily, just pop your headlights up, open your hood, pull the cover off of what I'm guessing is the motor, and turn it until it lowers to the point that you want your sleepy eyes at.

That way, you don't spend a bunch of money doing a conversion just to find out you don't like it.

yea thats what i was going to do any way and try to lock it like that and just adjust my head lamp bulb so that it pointed up i just want to know what it looks like

Just never lower your headlights back down once you set it where you want it. You will need to probably make custom buckets or something and use projectors(like the fog lights in the ricer section of your local auto parts store) in place of the big round headlights.

take out the retractor fuse from the fuesable link before you adjust the lights manually

my car is only from 84,shes not that old, shes still awake most of the time.

yep, mine has to have those big bulgy eyes, maybe ill put a smiley face with a marker in my headlight.

I had mines with the sleepy eye look for a while, didn't take the fuse out though so when I turned the lights on they went away.

I'll do it again tomorrow for pics and a nice 10k rev.
