These are some of the engine bay parts that trochoid has done for me. Let me know what you guys think of the color. It suppose to go with my outside theme. I know its not really close to the outside color, but this would be a nice contrast of green to pop up when looking at the engine bay.

Wow, that's like "Green Goblin" style green!
I went for flat black powder in my engine bay, though I'm thinking I should have added a clearcoat for protection, which I'm sure Scott did for ya. We didn't think about the clearcoat at the time, until he did my first set of wheels.. now I think he clearcoats everything
Looks nice, though an absolutely crazy colour.
Speaking of my wheels *pokes Scott* :P

Hey,
Ya well the color you actually have to clearcoat otherwise before clearcoating it looks like the parts aren't even the same parts. Here's a couple of shots before the clear coat is applied. Look wayyy different.

This powdercoat is what they call a dormant powder. It sprays out looking an olive drab, then when baked it turns a dull chrome color. On the 2nd bake with the clear applied, the color moves and integrates with the clear. Never worked with the dormants before and they can be a pita to get right.
The finish is so glassy, I don't know if an automotive clear will even bond to this powder. It's the slickest powder finish I've run yet. It is a very cool color though.
