Short Shifter
I saw a post along time ago that a miata shifter will fit and it pretty short. Could pick one up at a junk yard cheap.
Any body know if that is true, if it is I will be heading to the junk yard soon.

What makes the shifter re-turn to middle? When i push my shifter to the the left as if im going to shift into first, and let it go, it just stays there, when pushing to the right and i let go, ir re-turns to the middle. Any ideas?

hmm, miata stuff sounds good, I am considering a miata trans with RX-7 bellhousing swap pretty soon, better ratios and a decent shifter
does anyone know if Miata/MX-5 have double synchro's on them?

the mazdatrix shortshifters make alot of vibration noise due to the one piece solid design, the C's short shifters are the best!!! it utilizes the oe. design, 2 piece with a rubber dampener in the middle.
