she's home

I just brought home the "donor car" last night. A great deal I got from a forum member -keynote22- . The plan was to use his engine, exhaust, and suspension on mine (for those who didnt read his post, its an 85 GSL with about 20K on a rebuilt engine, racing beat intake with holley carb, racing beat header, precilencer and muffler, and complete racing beat suspension package.
Mine is an 84 GS. Well, that was the PLAN. After looking this thing over, its in better shape than I thought, I have to get up under it and inspect it more thoughrougly (gotta check the bins, etc) but at this point its really looking like I'm going to be better off doing body work on the "donor" car rather than swapping all the parts. Guess I'll keep my 84 as a spare body, hehe.

dead hookers are the best, you don't have to pay them, or feed them for that matter. Dammit, now I'm wishing I had a trunk
