Shes commin along!

Well It's been a while since I've said anything about my car so I Thought I'd give a progress report on how I'm doing for anyone that is thinking of the swap or is intrested.

Well I have all the emissions/rats nest/omp/whatever else you can think of off the engine. I put the -se oil pan, pick up tube on and also decided to use a FC n/a water pump and water pump housing since the cosmo one comes out at a totaly wrong angle and has that gay dual thermostat. So anyways thats ready to drop in.

The T2 trans is totaly done and all back together and is also ready to put in. Just waiting on my clutch (BNR supercars stage 3) to get here. Once I have that I'll be able to drop the engine and trans in at once (can't wait to see how it looks in there ) so I can make the trans crosmember/mount.

Just bought rx7passions intercooler that rice racing made for him so I got that covered.

I guess the only real major parts left to get is the turbo, manifold, wastegate, BOV, ECU (probably the a E6K) and a driveshaft and I should be in business

Here's a pic of the engine that I took last week

Bah, if you're gonna do a Cosmo engine conversion you might as well do it properly and get the triple rotor.

To tell you the truth I'd be more than happy with any one of the turbo 13B's.

I'm looking for somewhere around the 350wrhp mark. Hopefully that won't be too hard to get.

Here's another pic

yeah i know this guy who put like full exhaust and a really loud and good intake on his 94 ex and then put on like a 200 shot of nos and took off his hubcaps so he had racing rims and his car had like that same amount of horsepower. i rode with him so i know. don't say it can't be done i rode in it and felt all that power!

Oh yeah, and I'm jealous of you. Wish I could afford to do a turbo conversion instead just a stupid 13B. Jeese, now I don't even want to go work on my car.

I was about to go 13b turbo, but instead I went 12a turbo. I enjoy the 13bt idea, I use to have that set up on an '85 gsl-se, but i wasn't running fuel injection, I was running weber and I was still running the factory se drive train so as you can imagine my launch was not very fast, but I managed to run a 12.0, but the car wasn't set right. I belive that with all of the right modifications I could've ran low 11's to high 10's. I now went 12at only because I wanted something different that no one had around my town. I'll probably post some pics as soon as I finish it.
