serious 12a turbo pics.

complete work was done in house at speedys. we are located in new jersey. i'm new to this forum but not to rotories or b-series honda motors. i now wrong place to bring up honda. but we do best of both worlds. if any one needs a good rotary shop in the new brunswick nj area, contact me at samo836@aim.com this is all the pics it lets me up load. have many more customers rides to show from first gens to third gens. 240sx . b-series hondas. supras . and even bikes. theres no limit to what we can make faster. please note that we only deal with local customers for now. but dont hezitate to contact if you need a 12a turbo manifold made or a forced induction y-collector or square box.

I was just thinking the other day that I havent seen anyone use a Y-collector instead of a square box for a blow through application. Anyone know if a Y would be more efficient by any significant amount?

the fuel injected setup will run around 15,000. complete. and the weber set up will run around 7,500. complete. theses prices are for parts and include every thing down to clamps and hoses.

thanks for tha interest in the manifolds. i can take some pics. of it in the car up close from differant angles. to be technical, the manifold is constructed of 1/2" thick R\B header flange, 1/8" thick mild steel pipe that will not crack. same stuff racing beat uses on there headers, and those things last. the manifolds are made to order with the wastegate flange of your choice. we use t4 flanges and as u can see in the picture its holding a T66, so fitment should not be a problem if using rap around weber manifolds. starting price 250.00 and depending on flange supply.

yeah thats what a manifold is, and I agree. Somone needs to make ready-to-order 12a turbo manifolds. They should be made to fit with any common intake manifolds (RB Holley, stock, etc.) too, not just wrap arounds.

You could even expand the business and make downpipes or even turbo-back exhaust systems for 12a first gens... all ready-to-order.
And maybe a 12a turbo oiling kit. With all the fittings, flanges and lines for the turbo feed and return, as well as a drilled and tapped front cover... The possibilities are endless.

I think if this stuff was availible alot more people would go the 12a turbo route, rather than swapping in a TII or just staying NA.

Nice work by the way, it all looks fantastic.
