Well after searching the net for a couple of years I found a half-cut with power steering only 10 kms from my work. So I now have POWER STEERING!!! What a difference. I am in love with the car all over again. This means I have a steering box laying in my garage at home and I am not sure if there is a market for them. Any clues. I am in Perth, Australia.

 

The reason I am so happy about it is that P/S was never an option in the Australian releases until Series 4 so there was no secondhand or wreckers market to buy one and the American ones would take too much modifying.

 

Try putting an Advert for it on perthrotary.com, just make sure you use the template or your post will be blocked...

 

What did you do with the two stage hydraulic fluid switch ( Low speed & High speed ) ??.
