which sensor feeds the coolant temp gauge?

which sensor feeds the coolant temp gauge?
is it the one in the radiator, or the one in the water pump housing?

Neither, it is the one next to the oil prssure sender, under the oil filter.

oic to the engine temp sensor picks up the oil temp and not coolant temp?

No, it picks up the collant temp, they are just in close proximity to each other.

Where the sender is located, it reads the higher temps of the coolant, after the coolant has passed the 2 combustion chambers.
