Is this a semi-peripheral port 12A

Easy question. I pulled engine, pulled the intake manifold and found a surprise.

It's not a p-port. They all look like that. Surprised?

that's how coolant passes thru the stock intake. just put some 20mm freeze plugs in them.

No don't block them unless you fill the ACV port.
