Just went to the mall and when I came outside there was this cherry red 79 sitting there with a girl leaning up against it. I was like 'nice car' and she said 'oh this piece of crap' and Im like thats a nice car... She said 'I just locked my damn keys in it' I kinda laugh and say 'you got a watch, time me' LOL

We all know how easy 79's are to break into I go to my 88 vert and get in the trunk and get a small flathead screwdriver out, hold the handle up and hit the lock/unlock rod. Poof instantly unlocked. She was like 'Wow, cool' I say 'Thats one of 3 ways to get into an early Rx-7'

So we strike a little conversation, and she asks what do you drive and I point to my 88 white convertible a few parking spaces down from hers. Shes like I like that, and I take her for a little spin, then we got back and she lets me drive her's. Man this thing kicked butt, so I wasnt about 2 miles before I stopped at a gas station and opened the hood It had a 13b with double carb (dunno which, maybe a Weber, Im not much on carbs so couldnt tell ya' It had RB headers and as far as I could tell a different muffler. She complained about how loud it was and I told her I could fix that LOL But shed loose some power. But anyways to make a long story short, we exchanged phone numbers and she went to work First time in a long time since my divorce I thought about dating anyone ... But she was cool and was interested in my car and my project money pit at home ...

Well anyways thought you guys would like a good story...

No I wasnt dreaming it was very real, she wasnt AWESOME, but she was above average cute. A little young kinda, she was 21. Im not much into that 21 year old girl thing, been there done that a few times. Seems they like to bar hop and boy friend hop if you follow me. But I'll call her and maybe I can port her intake LOL If you follow me

 

Or . . . say ill fix your car problem, and swap a 12A in there and take all those goodies!!!

lol... The only cars good-lookin girls around here drive are saturns or SUVs (Shitty Utility Vehicles). Anyway--I date a girl that drives a civic... She don't know much about cars but she likes to go to street races with me, and that's just fine with me

 

Ask her if she put those parts on.. I doubt it. But if she did, I'll give you fifty bucks for the number.

 

She said her dad got it at a car auction cheap, thats about all she said about it.
