Secondaries stuck open.
I recantly purchased an 83 GSL for $400.
The problem that I am having is that as you may have guessed, my secondaries are pinned open.
Do I need to rebuild the floats? and if so, does anyone have a write up (preferably with PIcs), and would you post it?
I do have another carb off another 12a that I am pretty sure is good. Would it just be easier to replace the carb, or just fix the problem.

Someone had to have messed with the carb for the secs to be stuck open. There is a great force of the throttle return spring and the secondary shaft spring trying to hold them shut. You don't know what else they may have done. I would simply swap carbs.
