The car looks to me like it sags in the rear driver’s side.
If I take a measure tape and run it from top center of the fender to the ground, the driver’s side is lower.
I have it up on ramps right now while I am replacing the exhaust system.
My setup is intertech springs and kyb shock strut all around.
On the front I also replaced the top part that the strut attaches to (don’t remember the name of the part)
I will post a photo and some measurements here in just a bit. I am off to get exhaust gaskets and a cherrybomb for REX.

i have the exact same problem. i changed out the entire suspension (shocks, springs, bushings) the driver side rear is sagging. i can get almost 3 fingers in the wheel gap on the passenger side but on the driver side i have half the clearance. it drove me nutz. so i just twisted my driver side rear spring to make that side sit little higher untill i can get the RE Speed rear coilover kit. which will fix that problem for good. let me know if you find a solution to this problem. my solution is kind of ghetto. lol

Yes, if you perform the final tightening after any bushing replacement in the rear while the suspension is unloaded, you can experience some very strange effects. Perform the final tightening while the car is on ramps and the weight is on the wheels.
As far as your 1" difference between left/right sides on the rear, make sure you got all of the old shock bushings out of the chassis. First time I did this, I had one get stuck way up in there where the top of the shock goes. I think this has happened to more than a few of us. I didn't realize what was going on until I noted the odd number of bushings laying in the stack of old parts.
