Is it safe to lift on bumper shocks

Is it safe to lift on bumper shocks
I'm putting my car on a rotisserie and I need to know where to mount, the best option I see are the bumper shocks, will it damage anything if I use them

NO. You can from under the rail but not the bumper shocks.
