sa ignition fuse poping (1979)

Everytime i flip up my headlights my ignition fuse pops. the windshield wipers dont work nor does the heater. the car shuts off every time the healights pop up. im wondering where i should look for a short first

In the headlight lamp or motor circuit. Make sure somethings not physically grounding out when
the buckets go up.

Could you isolate the problem somewhat by seeing what happens if you raise the buckets via dash pannel switch vs. the stalk control?
