S5 13BTII in 85 gs 12A body help

i just got my new engine and i need some info, i dont think i can use my front cover on my 12A so im going to go to the junk yeard at lunch and see if i can use the one off the 13B gsl i belive thats what it was, see if that work but if not what have u guys done to make it fit cant find any thing with s5 swap or mabey the s4 and s5 are the same??

You need the SE front cover, engine mount and oil pan. Search for Steve84GS's posts. He has a CA legal 300 hp S5 swap.

The SE front cover will need to be modded to accept the electronic mop, or mounted off to the side, plugged in, then pre-mix.

shoot thats what i was hopping would not happen lol, well that no fun so the se front cover will keep the engine mounted at the same place at the stock 12A from what i take i guss il have to keep readed not getting any where slow lol

but in all reality i could just keep all the stuff they way the engine came and do the 13B-rew engine mount ting or is the oil pan allso in the way lol

I did use the front cover of the 12a just grind the inside a bit to make it fit and drill a hole on the side and tap it for so that you can put a fitting for return line of oil from the turbine. Oil pan I used a 13b 1985 engine oil pan. Done....good luck on your project..

ya il try that, im just kind of scared of messing somethign up lol i dont realy have $$ to play with, what did you use to re seal the front cover?

nice nice i was looking at that today looks like it will work, just fine, just need to un stick that front roter seal GOD PLEASE WORK A MIRICLE ON MY ROTER
