Put in manual windows.
Or take out the motors, go up to autozone, and buy new ones. I think that the windows get real slow as the wiring ages, so you can always put in relays, not that I could, but someone here knows how to do it.

I have the same problem, It helped a lot when I took off the door panel and cleaned out the window tracks and lubricated them, Black Dragon also offers a replacement track that would allow the windows to go up easier.

Use a silicon spray from the autostore on all the channels.

^^^+1 for the Silcone spray to the rails, keep applying it every couple of months and you shouldn't have too many problems, mine have been good ever since I started doing this regularly...

Mine were getting real slow too. I greased the hell out of the motor gear and the "scissor" rails, then sprayed silicone in the channels (including the part behind the door panels). They work great now.
